xKathmandu. The Nilay Hotels is going to hold its first annual general meeting on March 27. The meeting has been called at its office at Thakre Rural Municipality-8 in Dhading at 11 am.
The AGM shall discuss and approve the annual financial statements including the annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet up to the end of the last fiscal year, profit or loss account, cash flow statement and other annual financial statements as well as determine the remuneration of the auditor for the current fiscal year.
The AGM will endorse the initial public offering (IPO) of the company. The meeting shall approve the appointment of independent directors, approve the activities carried out by the Board of Directors of the company and authorize the Board of Directors to carry out necessary works for raising investment and resources.
