Kathmandu. Goodwill Finance Limited is going to hold its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 24. The meeting will be held at 11:00 am at Goodwill Complex, Goodwill Finance Limited, Hattisar, Kathmandu.
The AGM shall approve the report of the Chairperson on behalf of the Board of Directors. The AGM will approve the statement of the auditor along with the statement of the balance sheet up to Ashad 2082 BS and the statement of profit or loss and cash flow statement of the FY 2081/82.
The meeting was held on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. v. For the fiscal year 2082/83, the meeting will endorse various proposals including appointment of external auditor, determination of his/her remuneration, appointment of independent directors, etc.
