Kathmandu. Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has deposited bonus shares in its beneficiary account. The bonus shares approved by the 9th annual general meeting of the company held on December 19 have been deposited in the demat account of the concerned shareholders.
The AGM of the company had endorsed a proposal of distributing 9.50 percent bonus shares on its paid-up capital. The bonus shares are listed and registered in the Nepal Stock Exchange and CDS and Clearing Limited.
The company has already deposited the bonus shares approved by the AGM in the demat accounts of the shareholders of NEPSE till December 6.
Similarly, the bank has also requested the shareholders who have taken loan till December 21 to release the bonus shares in the name of the bank issuing the loan as the bonus shares have been frozen in the name of the bank issuing the loan.
The share registrar of the company is Prabhu Capital Limited.
