Kathmandu. Simrik Air has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a proposal to issue an IPO.
The company has called its AGM on March 28. The meeting will begin at 5:00 pm at the company’s registered office located at Kathmandu-32.
The AGM will endorse a proposal to register the company with the Securities Board of India (SEBON) and conduct a public offering (IPO). The meeting will also approve a proposal to amend the company’s regulations.
The AGM also approved a proposal to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders for the last fiscal year 2081. 82 Annual and Auditor’s Report shall be approved.
The same assembly elected the current fiscal year 2082. 83. The meeting shall approve the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
