Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added AIC Asia Equity Opportunity Fund to its pipeline.
NIC ASIA Capital, the project manager, has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission to bring the offer worth Rs 80 crore. If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) gives permission, the company will issue a total of 80 million units of face value of Rs 10 each.
It’s a closed-end plan. NIC Asia Bank has been appointed as the fund sponsor.
