Kathmandu. Narayan Shrestha, a resident of Ilam Municipality-5, has gifted a life insurance policy to his wife on the occasion of her marriage.
Shrestha, who tied the knot on Tuesday, gifted an insurance policy of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited to his wife Sujata Lungeli (Yuna) on Wednesday.
Shrestha, who is also an active agent of Himalayan Life Insurance Company, gifted a term life insurance policy of Rs. 10 lakhs to Sujata. Shrestha said that he gifted the insurance policy as it provides life security and old age savings compared to other gifts. He also urged everyone to gift insurance policies instead of unnecessary expenses and gifts on various occasions.
The program was also attended by Devika Wasti, head of Himalayan Life Insurance, Kamal Acharya, marketing staff, Pushpa Khadka and Sagar Rijal.
