Kathmandu. Shree Distillery has issued 20% right shares to its shareholders.
The AGM of the company held on February 4 had decided to issue 20 percent right shares of its paid-up capital. The Board of Directors has been given authority for this.
Pursuant to the decision of the meeting, the company has issued right shares to the existing shareholders. The amount has to be submitted in the name of the company within 35 days.
If the company does not purchase the right shares within the stipulated period or transfer the right to buy the shares to others, the decision of the Board of Directors has made it clear that the shares will be confiscated and sold as per the rules and no complaint can be filed in this regard later.
