Kathmandu. Apollo Hydropower Limited has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue the IPO issuance. The board has given approval to the company for the IPO issuance on February 20.
Apollo Hydropower Limited has been granted permission to issue 14,10,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share. Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
