Kathmandu. More than 14,62,000 units of shares of Kumari Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 14,62,935 units of shares of promoter group of the bank are for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The interested bidders can apply for the shares at Kumari Capital Limited, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu and head office of the bank at Tangal, Kathmandu. The application has to be submitted within 35 days.
If no application is received from the existing promoter within the stipulated period, the bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
