Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) of Palpa Cement Industries Limited.
The company was allowed to issue 20% of the issued capital of Rs 3.75 billion i.e. 7.5 million units of shares.
Out of the offered shares, 10% of the total offered shares to the general public is 562,500 units at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 1,000,000 units. Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
Infomerics Credit Ratings Nepal has assigned IRN Double B Plus Issue Rating to the company. This indicates that there is a moderate risk to the company’s ability to meet its obligations.
The eligible applicants can apply for the post through the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) from all ASBA member banks and financial institutions and their designated branch offices.
