Kathmandu. The annual general meeting of Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited has been postponed. The annual general meeting of the company scheduled to be held on Monday, January 7 for the review of the fiscal year 2081/82 has been postponed due to lack of quorum. The company said this by issuing a notice in NEPSE.
The Board of Directors decided to postpone the AGM due to lack of quorum for the AGM. The AGM will be held after the company publishes the notice and convenes the meeting for the second time.
