Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure dividends of 13 companies. Swarojgar Laghubitta, Global IME Laghubitta, Shree Investment Finance, Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance, United Edhi Mardi, Api Power, Himalayan Laghubitta, Samata Gritri Laghubitta, Mero Microfinance, Arun Valley Hydropower, Kalika Power, Arun Valley Hydropower and Surya Jyoti Life are the last day to close the book for the AGM and dividend distribution.
Surya Jyoti Life Insurance has decided to distribute 13 percent cash dividend while Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance has decided to distribute 15 percent cash dividend from the profit of the last FY.
Similarly, Samata Domestic Laghubitta has distributed 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend and Mero Microfinance has distributed 4.75 percent bonus share and 0.25 percent cash dividend.
Global IME Laghubitta has distributed 4.75 percent bonus shares and 0.25 percent cash dividend, Himalayan Laghubitta has distributed 6.65 percent bonus shares and 0.35 percent cash dividend and Arun Valley Hydropower has distributed 5 percent bonus shares and 0.263 percent cash dividend.
Similarly, Shree Investment Finance has distributed 6.4 percent cash dividend, Api Power Company has distributed 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend, Kalika Power has distributed 7 percent bonus shares and 0.3684 percent cash dividend, United Idi Mardi has distributed 5 percent bonus shares and 0.26 percent cash dividend.
