Tripartite Agreement for Startup Enterprise Credit Guarantee

. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund (CDPF), Industrial Business Development Foundation (IEDF) and Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Singha Durbar in the presence of Minister Anil Kumar Sinha. The agreement was signed by PADT CEO Ramesh Ghimire and Foundation Executive Director Umesh Kumar Gupta and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Devendra Raman Khanal.

Secretary at the Ministry Madhu Sudhan Burlakoti, Dr. Madhu Sudhan Burlakoti, Secretary of the Ministry and Dr. Madhu Sudhan Burlakoti were present on the occasion.TAG_OPEN_div_14 The meeting was attended by Joint Secretary Jitendra Bastet and Joint Secretary Dr Ram Prasad Ghimire and officials of PADT, Foundation and Bank.

With the signing of this agreement, the bank will be able to provide credit to the start-up enterprises using innovative technology and creative thinking within the limit of the approved budget of the Government of Nepal for FY 2082/83 as per the Startup Enterprise Credit Guarantee Program plan.TAG_OPEN_div_12
