Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) is issuing 200,000 units of shares from January 1.
The shares of the promoter group of the company are going to be sold. Any interested person and organization can apply for the shares.
Interested investors will have to apply for the purchase of all the shares. The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 400 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The tender has to be submitted until January 23. The bid can be submitted at Muktinath Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu.
