Kathmandu. The auction period of more than 49,41,000 units of shares of Kalinchowk Darshan is about to expire.
According to the notice issued by the company, the auction period for a total of 4,941,600 units of shares will expire on February 31. After that, the trading of these shares will be released.
The company has put forth 4.8 million units of promoter group shares, 21,600 units of employees and 1,20,000 units of local units of project affected areas. The shares of these groups have to be held for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment.
