Kathmandu. Palpa Cement Industries has received approval for the initial public offering (IPO).
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Palpa Cement to float its initial public offering (IPO). The company has received permission to issue an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 75 crore.
The company will now issue a total of 7.5 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100. Nabil Investment Banking has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
