Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Citizens Capital Limited and Hotel Park Land Limited have signed an agreement for the appointment of Initial Public Offering Manager (IPO) in Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu. The agreement was signed by Mr. Sharad Kumar Pandey, Chairman of Hotel Park Land Limited and Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Capital Limited.
As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited will be the issue manager for the IPO after approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
The hotel, which has been running its business for the last 18 years, is spread over 32 kattha of land in Sauraha, Chitwan, and currently has 32 rooms. The hotel is located at a distance of 350 meters from Sauraha Gaidachowk. The hotel will soon expand its capacity and convert it into a four-star hotel with 105 rooms spread over an area of 44 katthas.
