Kathmandu. Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 29, Tuesday. The event will begin at Temple Bell Boutique Hotel and Spa Pvt. Ltd., Lakeside, Pokhara, Kaski at 10:00 am.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 4.75 percent bonus shares and 0.25 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
Likewise, the meeting will endorse the proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to the Board of Directors and appoint auditors.
The microfinance company is closing its book for one day on January 1 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till January 1 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive dividends.
