Kathmandu. NLG Insurance Company for the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 7.3684 percent dividend of Rs 2.56 billion out of its accumulated profit for the current fiscal year. Out of this, 4 percent will have bonus shares worth Rs 10,26,08,978 and 3 percent cash dividend of Rs 7,69,56,733.
For both the dividends, the company has set aside 0.3684 percent i.e. Rs 9.450 thousand 827 for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal (IBA).
