Kathmandu. Chandra Kumar Chemjong and his spouse Tika Maya Limbu of Dhaijan Chowk of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-3 in Jhapa district have made their birthday a symbol of responsibility towards the future rather than just a celebration.
