Kathmandu. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company for the financial year 2081. Dividend has been declared for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute cash dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. Accordingly, the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 651,53,213.67 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 5.01 billion.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal (IBA).
