Kathmandu. Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has also declared dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 17 has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has declared dividend of 12 percent of its current paid-up capital. Out of this offer, 5% is bonus shares and 7% is cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and is approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
