Kathmandu. Shikhar Insurance Company has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 17 has announced the dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has decided to distribute 6 percent bonus shares of its current paid-up capital and 0.3158 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be distributed after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company endorses the approval of the Insurance Authority of Nepal.
