Kathmandu. The Dordi Khola Hydropower Company is going to hold its general meeting on January 7. The meeting will be held at 8:00 am. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 12 has fixed the date for the AGM.
The AGM will hold discussions and endorse the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081/82 along with the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit or loss account for the fiscal year 2081/82 and the cash flow statement for the same period.
The AGM will endorse a proposal to approve the appointment of the auditor and his remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82, issue of right shares, amendment of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association along with authorized capital and issued capital.
The meeting will pass various proposals, including granting authority to the Board of Directors to make amendments to the proposed amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and Regulations, if necessary, under the direction of the regulatory bodies.
