Kathmandu. United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower for the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The company has decided to distribute 5.26% dividend on its current paid-up capital from the net profit and accumulated profit of the current fiscal year. Out of this, the company has bonus shares of Rs 2,30,41,200 and cash dividend of Rs 1,198,142.40 which is 0.26 per cent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be presented for approval at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
