Kathmandu. Kumari Bank is organizing its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 15. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Amrapali Banquet in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on December 25 fixed the date for the AGM.
The bank has decided not to distribute dividends. The AGM will endorse and endorse the annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit or loss, and cash flow of the last fiscal year.
The AGM will also endorse the integrated financial statements of Kumari Capital and KBL Securities Limited, the bank’s subsidiaries and appoint auditors for the current fiscal year and determine their remuneration.
The bank has decided to close the book for one day on January 1 for the AGM.
