Kathmandu. Siddhartha Premier Insurance for the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 25% cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders for the current paid up capital of Rs 2.80 billion. The company will distribute Rs 70,16,37,475 as cash dividend to its shareholders.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Insurance Authority of Nepal (IBA).
