Kathmandu. Diprox Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha in the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 15 percent dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current FY. As per the agreement, the company will distribute 10 percent bonus shares of Rs 186,828,569.61 and 5 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
