Kathmandu. First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha in the last fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. Accordingly, the company will be distributing cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 8,74,16,636 to its shareholders out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.34 billion.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and distributed to the shareholders.
