Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Finance Limited (NFL) has issued 2,26,403 units of promoter shares to the general public in the name of its promoter shareholder Bijay Bahadur Manandhar.
The company had earlier issued the promoter shares to the general public after the application was not received within the stipulated time.
The minimum price of shares of the company is Rs 100 per share. The interested investors should apply to the central office of the company at Kamaladi, Kathmandu within the next 15 days.
