Kathmandu. Nabil Bank Limited has expanded its international payment services from 27 branches across the country. This service, which was previously available in limited branches including the bank’s central office, is now going to be extended to other branches as well.
“Previously, this service was available only in the central office of Tindhara, Putalisadak, Maharajgunj, Biratnagar and Pokhara,” said Deputy CEO of the bank, Adarsha Bajgain.
According to the bank, this service will now be available from branches located in Tindhara, Putalisadak, Maharaganj, Bhatbhateni, Kuleshwor, Thamel, Tripureshwor, Bijuli Bazaar, Maitidevi, Halchowk, Satdobato, Kaushaltar, Baneshwor, Gunsigal, Koteshwor, Bhaisepati and Jorpati branches within the valley. Moreover, the service will be available from the bank’s branches in Itahari, Birgunj, Birtamode, Hetauda, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Narayangadh, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar and Pokhara.
DCEO Bajgain informed that the service has been expanded to further strengthen the bank’s digital services and international banking access. With Nabil online payment service, customers can make international payments in a smooth and secure manner.
These include visa application fees, university or college application fees, insurance and ACSA payments, as well as educational and business conferences. According to the bank, the customers who get this service do not have to keep a separate international card.
