Himalayan Everest Insurance Celebrates 32nd Anniversary

Kathmandu. On the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited, Blood Donation Program has been successfully conducted in all the provinces of the country. A total of 261 people have donated blood across the country. A total of 47 people from Bagmati, 60 from Lumbini, 39 from Gandaki, 53 from Koshi, 22 from Madhesh and 40 from Sudurpaschim participated in the blood donation program. Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited aims to help the health institutions to store blood through blood donation program.

On the occasion, a one-day eye and ear health camp was also organized at the organization’s central office. A total of 128 people including employees of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited and others had undergone health check-up at the health camp.

A team of specialist doctors provided free tests, initial consultation and necessary health recommendations to the staff. The health check-up has made the organization’s commitment to the health of its employees even clearer.

Similarly, Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has honored 36 employees of the company with more than 15 years of service. Chief Executive Officer Anju Shrestha, Raman Zulu Naidu, Ratan Kumar Lama, Roshan Kumar Shrestha, Bacchuram Khadka, Nirajman Singh Pradhan, Sudarshan Shrestha, Anuj Lakhe, Shiva Prasad Shrestha, Manohar Adhikari, Anju Tuladhar Shrestha, Gihendra Man Dangol, Rabi Dangol, Rabi Dangol, Devendra Khadka, Subindra Shrestha, Amrit Shrestha, Poonam Maharjan, Purnima Shrestha, Nirjala Limbu Subba, Tej Kumar Maharjan. Sanjaya Ratna Dangol, Dibesh Kayastha, Sijan Shrestha, Sujata Khatiwada, Kishor Maharjan, Bidur Timilsina, Sitaram Kandel, Khageshwor Bhattarai, Radheshyam Khadgi, Kalu Singh Tamang, Sabina Deula, Sita Rijal, Rupa Dhal, Subhadra KC, Jiwanti Shrestha and Keshav Shrestha have been honored with the letter of appreciation.

On the occasion, Bagmati branch of Himalayan Everest Insurance honored 25 employees who have been continuously serving for more than 15 years. Among the honoured are Dharma Raj Thapa, Kishor Shrestha, Biplika Joshi, Purna Kumari Shrestha, Sujan Shrestha, Rujina Joshi, Sunita Shrestha, Rajnis Maharjan, Sundar Budhathoki, Pramita Joshi Lohoni, Raju Raj Dali, Prasanna Shrestha, Sapana Awale, Saroj Suwal, Annapurna Shrestha, Diwas Khatiwada, Indira Ghimire, Basudev Dhungana, Umesh Pradhan, Rajan Neupane, Prakash Lamichhane, Ajit Bista, Suresh Maharjan, Mina Devi Shrestha and Bimala Kandel.

Anju Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited, said that as we are completing 32 years, we want to strengthen our responsibility towards the society. She said that the blood donation program and health check-up camp has proved the commitment of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited in practice.

CEO Shrestha expressed his commitment to continue such activities in the days to come, to directly contribute to the society through blood collection, health awareness and community service.
