Kathmandu. Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Thursday has decided to distribute dividend of Rs 22,38,87,269.11 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 31,98,18,130.18. Out of this, 6.65 per cent will have bonus shares worth Rs 2,1267,905.66 and 0.35 per cent cash dividend amounting to Rs 1,119,363.45.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
