Kathmandu. Bujung Hydropower has received permission to issue IPO. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Bujung Hydropower Limited to issue initial public offering (IPO).

With the approval of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company will now issue an initial public offering (IPO) of 20 percent of its paid-up capital. As per the agreement, the company will issue a total of 2 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.

Presently, the promoter group holds 80 percent investment in the company. After the IPO issuance, the paid-up capital of the company will reach above Rs 1 billion.

Kumari Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
