Kathmandu. Green Development Bank for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 8.46274% dividend to its shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year i.e. Rs 56,96,98,500. This includes 8.0396% bonus shares and 0.42314 cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
