Kathmandu. Miteri Development Bank has distributed cash dividend to its shareholders. The bank has been distributing 10% cash dividend for the year 2081/82 approved by its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2081/82.
The bank has requested the bank to update its bank account as soon as possible to receive cash dividend if you have not yet opened a beneficiary account or updated your bank account number. The bank account number in the account should be in the name of the shareholders and the account should be of the bank or financial institution of IPS under Nepal Clearing House Limited.
In addition, the shareholders will have to bear any fee as per the rules of the concerned banks and financial institutions while depositing the cash dividend in the bank account.
Similarly, in the case of the shareholders who have taken loan by pledging the collateral till December 22, it will be deposited in the bank account only after receiving the ‘No Objection Letter’ from the concerned bank and financial institution. The bank has also posted the details of the shareholders who have not received their cash dividend due to various reasons on the website of the company’s share registrar Prabhu Capital Limited and has requested the depositors to contact their deposit members to correct the details.
