Kathmandu. More than 1,87,000 units of promoter shares of Unnati Sahyog Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been converted into general public.
A total of 187,371.09 units of shares of the promoter group have been converted into general public. With this, promoter shareholders own 62.41 percent and general public 37.59 percent.
Now, the promoter shareholders have 15,40,689.06 units and the ordinary shareholders have 9,27,968.30 units.
NEPSE has recorded the shares accordingly.
