MoU between Machhapuchchhre Bank and Zoyalukkas Exchange

Kathmandu. Machhapuchchhre Bank has signed an agreement with Joyalukkas Exchange of the United Arab Emirates. The agreement has been signed with the objective of making remittances to Nepal from abroad easier, simpler and more trustworthy. Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has collaborated with UAE-based Zoyalukkas Exchange to initiate remittance service to Nepalese residing in the UAE.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Marish Kumar Karna, General Manager of Joyalukkas Exchange and Mr. Raj Aryal, Chief Executive Officer of Ramachhapuchchhre Bank.

According to the agreement, Nepalese remitting MBL remittance from more than 30 branches of Joyalukkas Exchange in UAE will be able to receive remittance through Machhapuchchhre Bank’s 165 branches, branchless banking services, 11 extension counters and more than 20,000 remittance agents across Nepal.

In addition, the remittance sent by remitting MBL from Zoyalukkas Exchange will be instantly credited to any bank account in Nepal.

Machhapuchchhre Bank has been providing its services from east to west, mountain to hilly and Terai through its 165 branches, branchless banking service in 274 locations including 88 and 11 extension counters and 199 ATMs to more than 18 lakh customers.
