Kathmandu. First Microfinance Limited will sell 1,86,433 units of promoter shares in the company. The promoter shareholder of the company, Gauri Shrestha, has 1,01,691 units. SG Securities will issue 50,845 units of shares and 33,897 units of SB Holding Company. According to the application submitted for the sale of promoter shares, the company has put the shares up for sale.
The minimum price of promoter shares has been fixed at Rs 280. The promoter shareholders should apply for the shares within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice at the company’s central office in Gyaneshwor.
