Kathmandu. Super Madi Hydropower Company Limited will bring 50 percent right shares after the bonus share distribution.
The Board of Directors of the Company in the last fiscal year 2081. The government has decided to bring 50 percent right shares of the paid-up capital to be maintained after the distribution of 5 percent bonus shares. Presently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 2.20 billion. After issuance of bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the company will stand at Rs 2.31 billion. The company has called its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 19 to approve the bonus shares.
After the bonus share distribution, the company will start the process to issue a total of 1,15,76,250 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 i.e. 2:1 of the paid-up capital. According to the company, a special proposal for this right issue will be presented in the next AGM.
