Kathmandu. Shubham Power Limited is going to hold its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 26. The meeting will be held at 12:30 pm at the Smart Palace in Shankha Park, Kathmandu. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 19 fixed the date of the meeting.
The AGM will endorse the annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit or loss, cash flow and other financial statements of the last fiscal.
Similarly, the meeting will appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and determine his/her remuneration, endorse the decisions and works carried out by the Board of Directors, approve the report on corporate governance and endorse the proposal of the Board of Directors including allowances and facilities of the Board of Directors.
The company has decided to close the book for one day on November 30 for the AGM.
