Kathmandu. Sewa Hydropower Limited is going to hold its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 12. The AGM will begin at 10:00 am at the Company Registered Office at Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 18 fixed the date of the AMIC.
The meeting will endorse the proposal to prepare the financial report for the fiscal year 2081/82. The meeting will also approve the financial statements including accounting, profit and loss along with the report of the auditor.
The AGM will also pass a special resolution for the initial public offering (IPO).
