Kathmandu. Shangri-La Development Bank for the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 10.36% dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year i.e. Rs 3.55 billion. Out of this, 5 percent will be given bonus shares worth Rs 1777,12,785.98 and 5.36 percent cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 195,53,626.30.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
