Kathmandu. Nepal Hydro Developer for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Friday has decided to distribute 9.47 percent dividend to its shareholders. Out of this, the company will have bonus shares worth Rs 3,49,37,699.67 and cash dividend of Rs 1,838,826.30 i.e. 0.47 percent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will be distributed to the shareholders.
