Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully conducted award ceremony and skill enhancement program in the East, Mid-West and Kathmandu Valley.
The program was organized at Soaltee West End, Itahari on September 7 for the eastern region, Tiger Palace Resort, Soaltee, Bhairahawa on November 28 for the mid-western region, Tika Resort, Lakeside Pokhara on November 7 for the mid-western region and Smart Palace, Chabahil, Kathmandu on November 5.
The purpose of the program was to foster confidence, motivation, and fellowship among citizen leaders, as well as to renew their sales skills and create more professional leaders. Each program was attended by 250 to 360 people.
During the program, the Bronze Club Qualifiers of the financial year 2081/82 were felicitated and the leaders who were awarded the title of Hero of the Day on different days.
The training session was conducted by the Head of Training Department, Chief Business Officer, Chief Market Management Officer and CEO of the company. This aroused a high level of enthusiasm and motivation among the participants.
The event was followed by an entertaining session where popular folk singer Milan Lama performed in Pokhara and Kathmandu.
According to the company, the program was very exciting, lively and successful. The participants have been inspired, energized and excited by the program.
