Kathmandu. Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Pvt. Ltd. has awarded the best business in the fiscal year 2081/82 along with the state-level incentive program ‘Star Agency Meet 2082’. The company organized the program in Sudurpaschim Province and Nepalgunj Region.
Among the agents of Sudurpaschim Province and Nepalgunj Region, the star agencies were felicitated for being among the top 3 in the categories of premium collection, number of policies and team business.
Notable participation was seen in the program organized in the Far-western Province and Nepalgunj Region. The program was attended by more than 300 participants including Chief Executive Officer Shiva Nath Pandey, Chief Business Officer Gunaraj Shrestha, Regional Manager, Area Manager and Section Head.
The program was also attended by more than 200 agents and employees including Deputy CEO Nirajan Kandel, CFO Sandip Kasaju, Regional Manager, Area Manager and Section Head. Both events were held in an enthusiastic atmosphere where the agents gained new knowledge and inspiration.
In the program organized in Nepalgunj area, trainer Arniko Singh conducted the training on skills, confidence and positive thinking required to be successful in the insurance business.
Similarly, in the program held in Far West Province, trainer Syed Afzal Ahmad imparted useful training to the agents on effective communication with the customers, improvement of sales skills and ways to build long term business relationships.
On the occasion, the CEO of the company said that Sanima Reliance has collected business of more than Rs 700 crore in the last financial year.

Deputy CEO of the company highlighted the importance and necessity of insurance advisors in the life insurance business and said that the company should take the company to new heights this year by putting into practice the lessons learned from the program.
