Kathmandu. Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has signed an agreement with Daraz to provide discount to the customers having bank account on the purchase of goods through the online portal.
The agreement was signed between Mr. Dipendra Raj Kafle, Officiating Assistant CEO of the bank and Mr. Rishabh Thapa, Project Lead/Digital Payment & Finance Services, Daraz.
The bank has been continuously innovating and is continuing its partnership with large number of e-commerce platforms to provide discounts to its customers to increase digital customer engagement.
Likewise, customers with an account in Nepal Bank will be able to get a maximum discount of 15 percent or up to Rs 1,500 on prepayment through debit card and up to 20 percent or Rs 2,000 on credit card prepayment on online purchases.
To avail the discount, customers have to activate e-commerce on the card from any branch of the bank. The bank has also urged its customers to activate e-commerce on their cards and apply for credit cards.
