The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 22.11 percent dividend to its shareholders. This includes 21 percent bonus shares and 1.11 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The AGM of the company held on October 19 last year had endorsed a proposal to issue 100% right shares in the ratio of 1:1.
The company has decided to issue 100 percent right shares i.e. Rs 4.57 billion of the paid-up capital of the last fiscal year.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves the dividend.
