Kathmandu. Bungal Hydro is all set to start trading from Monday.
Shares of Bungal Hydro Ltd have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) today. The ordinary shares of any company are traded from the second day of listing of NEPSE. Therefore, the shares of this company will be trading from Monday.
NEPSE has listed 83 lakh units of shares of Bungal Hydro. Of these, 53,95,000 (65 per cent) are owned by founders and 2,905,000 (35 per cent) by general public.
NEPSE has also awarded ‘BUNGAL’ to Bungal Hydro. For the first transaction, NEPSE has fixed a minimum price of Rs 100.88 and a maximum of Rs 302.64.
Now, in the special pre-open session on Monday, the company’s shares will be traded for the regular session if they are traded within the range set by NEPSE.
Bungal Hydro had opened its IPO to the general public from September 1 to October 2. The IPO was issued on September 2 by Himalayan Capital, the issue manager.
