Kathmandu. So far, nine hydropower companies have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The companies have announced dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
So far, Mid Solu Hydropower Company, Sikles Hydropower, Arun Valley Hydropower, Century Energy, Singati Hydro Energy, Hilton Hydro Energy, Universal Power Company, Bhagwati Hydropower and Mountain Energy have declared dividends.
Mid Solu Hydropower Limited has declared a total dividend of 15.789% to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The company will distribute 15 percent bonus shares and 0.789 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The company has not set a book closing date.
